No. We move your entire history over for you: services and categories, labels, team, customers, bookings and reviews. You can also import customers yourself from a file.
Do I have to download an app?
No. You add Instant to the home screen of your phone or computer straight from the browser and open it like any other app. If you allow push notifications on your device, you can receive them even when the app is not open.
Where is my data stored and is it safe?
Instant runs on servers in Germany, in the European Union, with the providers OVH and Hetzner, and we back up data every day. Each company sees only its own data, and within a company everyone sees only what their role allows. The connection is always encrypted. For your customers' data, Instant is a processor under the GDPR; you will find the details in the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.
