How can customers pay?
Customers can pay the full amount or a deposit by card when booking online. They settle the rest online or on the spot. They can also redeem a gift voucher or use a visit from a pass when booking.
What are passes and how do they work?
A pass is a prepaid bundle of visits covering one or more services, for example swimming and the sauna. You can offer a set number of visits, such as 10, or a time-based pass with unlimited visits while it is valid and an optional daily limit. You set how many days it is valid for from the date of purchase. Customers buy the pass online or at your reception and use it when booking online. Passes are available from the Start plan.
