You give customers labels, for example VIP or regulars, and on the Profi plan you send them bulk announcements by e-mail or SMS. Based on labels, you can also offer them their own discounts and services just for them.

Yes, on the Profi plan. You can make selected categories, services or add-ons available only to customers with a particular label, such as VIP or corporate clients, or to specific people identified by their email address. Other customers do not see them when booking online. To offer special prices, create a separate service with a different price or a discount just for those customers.

Yes, on the Profi plan. You can create a discount code that customers enter when booking, or a discount that applies automatically. Set a percentage discount or a fixed amount, start and end dates, days and hours, and a minimum booking amount. You can also limit the number of uses in total and per customer, and choose whether it can be combined with other discounts. Limit a discount to specific services, categories, team members or customer groups. Its statistics show how often it was used, revenue from bookings using the discount and how many new customers used it.

Yes. After a visit, Instant asks the customer for a review, and the reviews appear on your booking page.

Yes. Every customer has a card with their visit history and notes. Team members with access to customers can see these details in one place.
